、如果在使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)減速機異響應做以下檢查：

檢查減速機內齒輪油是否足夠，放出少量齒輪油看是否發(fā)黑變質，檢查減速機是否受到外力沖擊
Check whether the gear oil in the reducer is enough, release a small amount of gear oil to see whether it is blackened and deteriorated, and check whether the reducer is impacted by external force
如發(fā)現(xiàn)油里有許多鐵削可以肯定減速機內部齒輪已經受損磨壞，在這種情況下應立刻更換新減速機。
If it is found that there are many iron chips in the oil, it is certain that the internal gear of the reducer has been damaged and worn out. In this case, the reducer should be replaced immediately.
、在車輛重災情況下出現(xiàn)異響：檢查減速機上法蘭盤螺絲是否松動，及時緊固螺絲。

、減速機出現(xiàn)嗡嗡響聲：檢查減速機內油是否發(fā)生變質或雜質，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)齒輪油沒有異常狀況，可以肯定減速機使用正常，需要堅持液壓泵、馬達的工作狀況。
